At Poncho Outdoors, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unwashed condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your gear back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
